Eric moves for discipline

If you just put your mind into something, you will go forward.

Eric was only 10 years old when he began practicing the art of Kung Fu. When he turned 18, he switched to mixed martial arts, kickboxing, and boxing. Now, as a fitness professional, he’s combined what he’s learned from traditional and western arts into something uniquely his own.

No one brought me into this world of martial arts," he says. "It’s something I’ve developed myself.”

Eric elaborates “right now, I’m more of a coach than anything else. In the near future, my goal is to be a fighter, a competitor. I’ll never drop martial arts in my life, even when I’m old. This is in my heart, this is my profession, this is what I’ll do forever.”

Eric loves the rigour and the discipline that martial arts demand. “I say to all my clients, if you give me your 100, I will give you my 100. And I say that to myself every single time I wake up, or go into training, fighting, or coaching. You gotta give your 100.”
